At It’s Me Fragrance, each product is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to quality and detail. Because many of our products are handmade, please review our shipping timelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within up to 5 business days. This processing period allows us the time needed to carefully prepare, package, and quality-check your handcrafted products before shipment.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Once your order has completed processing, it will be shipped using standard delivery services. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Express Shipping
Customers may select Express Delivery at checkout for faster delivery.
Express delivery typically arrives within 3–4 business days after the order has shipped.
Please note that express shipping does not shorten the 5-day processing period required for handmade products.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. It’s Me Fragrance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.
